Heneken to acquire Lana.

Heneken, a metal supplier, agreed to acquire Lana, a Slovak producer of overhead conductors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I see significant potential and robust demand for these conductors not only on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe but also Central Asia and other CIS countries. We possess modern technology generating higher added value and we employ well experienced staff.
