Abac Capital completed the acquisition of the remaining 70% stake in the Isolana Group for €38.9m.

Abac Capital, a venture capital manager, completed the acquisition of the remaining 70% stake in the Isolana Group, a distributor of construction materials, for €38.9m ($46m). The operation would entail the exclusive control of the three companies of the group: Compañía Española de Aislamientos, Bricum Profesional and La Instaladora de Sistemas y Isolamientos.
