Petrosmith, a provider of production equipment and oilfield tubular goods, completed the acquisition of Wellflex Energy Solutions, an engineering, procurement and construction management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Combining the Wellflex process with Petrosmith’s quality fabrication and services will provide our operators and customers an efficient and effective process to reduce facility expenses as the market returns.
