Áreas to acquire Autogrill Iberia from Autogrill for €12m.

Áreas, a provider of food and beverage services, agreed to acquire Autogrill Iberia, the Spanish operations of Autogrill, an Italy's highway service group for €12m ($14m). The closing of the transaction is subject to the necessary approvals of the Spanish Antitrust Authority. "The pre-agreement involves the sale to Áreas by Autogrill Europe of 100% of Autogrill Iberia and the transfer of its 1k workers will enter into force once they have obtained the necessary approvals from the CNMC," Áreas.
