FS KKR Capital completed the merger with FS KKR Capital II in a $7.2bn deal.

FS KKR Capital, a publicly-traded business development company, completed the merger with FS KKR Capital II, also a business development company created as a partnership between FS Investments and KKR Credit in a $7.2bn deal.
