Athene Holding completed the acquisition of Donlen from Hertz Global Holdings for $891m.

Athene Holding, a financial services company, completed the acquisition of Donlen, an American fleet leasing and management company, from Hertz Global Holdings, an American car rental company, for $891m. "We are confident that pairing Donlen's expertise in fleet management with Athene's strategic investment will result in a positive outcome for all parties involved.
