Qatar Investment Authority completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Borsa Istanbul from Turkey Wealth Fund for $200m.

Qatar Investment Authority, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Borsa Istanbul, the stock exchange of Turkey, from Turkey Wealth Fund, for $200m. The deal, which includes future cooperation between the two institutions, came following the sixth meeting of the Turkey-Qatar Supreme Strategic Committee, chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
