Phenna Group completed the acquisition of Elmhurst Energy Systems.

Phenna Group, a group of specialist businesses focused on the testing, inspection, certification and compliance, completed the acquisition of Elmhurst Energy Systems, an independent provider of energy assessment training, software and accreditation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted that Stephen and his team will be joining Phenna Group.
