PPG Industries, an American global supplier of paints, coatings, and speciality materials, completed the acquisition of Ennis-Flint, a manufacturer and designer of pavement marking materials and traffic safety products, from Olympus Partners, a private equity firm focused on providing equity capital for middle market management buyouts and for companies needing capital for expansion. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ennis-Flint has thoroughly enjoyed having Olympus Partners as our financial sponsor, strategic sounding board, and trusted advisor for the past four years.
