Ascent Global Logistics, a transportation and supply chain solutions provider, agreed to acquire Hageland Aviation Services, an air service provider focused on travel within Alaska. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Rambler Air will provide a much-needed service to Alaskan communities and businesses.
