AdaptHealth, a provider of home healthcare equipment, medical supplies to the home and related services, agreed to acquire AeroCare, a national technology-enabled respiratory and home medical equipment distribution platform, for $2bn, with a cash consideration of $1.1bn, and 31m shares of AdaptHealth common stock. “Joining forces with AdaptHealth strengthens our combined ability to transform our industry and positively impact the lives of chronically ill patients across the country.
