Timken completed the acquisition of Aurora Bearing Company.

Timken, a provider of bearings and power transmission product, completed the acquisition of Aurora Bearing Company, a manufacturer of rod ends and spherical plain bearings. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Aurora builds on our global leadership position in engineered bearings by increasing our product breadth, which will help us serve the bearing space more completely.
