FullBloom completed the acquisition of Camelot Education from The Riverside Company.

FullBloom, a provider of education and behavioral health solutions, completed the acquisition of Camelot Education, a provider of K-12 education programs, from private equity firm The Riverside Company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Each company offers special education and alternative education programming with an emphasis on trauma informed care, positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS), and social emotional learning for students with unique learning challenges. SESI and Camelot have a shared belief in the potential of all children and young adults, and there is no provider that can match the depth of experience or the breadth of programming that the SESI-Camelot combination offers," Camelot Education.
