Teays River Investments completed the acquisition of Grimmway Farms.

Teays River Investments, a private equity firm that seeks to invest in the agricultural and food sectors, completed the acquisition of Grimmway Farms, a US farming company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “They are a respected steward that embraces what our core values are and they believe very strongly in the continuity of our management team as well as our thousands of team members across the country,” Grimmway Farms spokesperson.
