Lineage Logistics to acquire Pago from Tönnies.

Lineage Logistics, a provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, agreed to acquire Pago, a warehousing, distribution and transport logistics provider in Poland, from Tönnies, a German holding. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition also expands the Lineage footprint to an increasingly important market for our customers and a region where we see opportunities to add capacity and implement new, innovative customer solutions,” Mike McClendon, Lineage President of International Operations & EVP of Network Optimization.
