AEA Investors completed the investment in Process Sensing Technologies.

AEA Investors, a global privateequity firm, completed the investment in Process Sensing Technologies, a global manufacturer of instruments, analyzers and sensors for precision measurement and monitoring in a variety of critical industries. Battery Ventures will maintain a minority stake in the business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
