Madison Industries to acquire Steril-Aire.

Madison Industries, an indoor air hygiene solutions provider, agreed to acquire Steril-Aire, a high-energy germicidal ultraviolet C solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Steril-Aire has the science and research to back up their technology’s performance, which makes them a great fit to be part of our Madison family of indoor air hygiene solutions. We aim to help business create a safe environment for their employees and customers through technologies that are proven in mitigating the spread of viruses," Kris Howard, Madison Industries President.
