Fidim completed the acquisition of Air Corporate from AIRI.

Fidim, completed its acquisition of Air Corporate, a provider of transportation services, from AIRI. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale of Air Corporate by AIRI is part of its exit strategy from the helicopter sector. Previously AIRI sold its portfolio companies Aersud Elicotteri and Helicopters Italia to the Franco-German group Airbus Helicopters in July 2019. Through the acquisition of Air Corporate Fidim aims to expand its presence in the helicopter sector, supporting the future growth of the company, leveraging the quality of services provided and strengthening the long-lasting relationships with high-standing clients boasted by Air Corporate.
