Construction Testing Solutions, a provider of on-site and laboratory testing services, completed its acquisition of CGL, a specialist geotechnical and geoenvironmental consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of CGL further strengthens our position in the UK and Ireland Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Consultancy market and provides numerous synergies and opportunities that will benefit CTS, CGL and our clients.
