Civica to acquire the HR and payroll business of Equiniti Group for £13m.

Civica, an international software business focused on the public sector, agreed to acquire the HR and payroll business of Equiniti Group, an international technology-led services and payments specialist, for £13m. "We are pleased that HR Solutions is joining Civica, a business which provides payroll software and services to 500 companies and public sector organisations around the UK, which will provide an opportunity for the business to scale and grow.
