Providence-backed TimeClock Plus to acquire Humanity.

Providence-backed TimeClock Plus, a provider of workforce management and time and labor solutions, agreed to acquire Humanity, a cloud-based employee scheduling platform that enables its customers to easily and accurately create dynamic schedules for staff. Financial terms were not disclosed.
