ISA CTEEP to acquire Piratininga from SF Energia for $305m.

Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista, a Brazilian electric utility, agreed to acquire Piratininga-Bandeirantes Transmissora de Energia, an energy transmission company, from SF Energia, a photovoltaic energy and energy management firm, for $305m. The consummation of the transaction is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions. The transaction reinforces CTEEP's strategy of growth with sustainable value creation with a commitment to create value through investments in projects that contribute to the expansion of Brazil’s power transmission system.
