Enel X to acquire CityPoste Payment from Mail Express Group.

Enel X, a provider of energy-related services, agreed to acquire CityPoste Payment, an Italian FinTech company, from Mail Express Group, a financial and real estate group holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the purchase of CPP, Enel X strengthens its presence in the country, offering a payment service that complements Enel X Pay’s full digital service. A choice that responds to multi-channel logic, to more effectively meet the needs of a vast group of customers, from young and older generations,” Francesco Venturini, Enel X CEO.
