WSP Global to acquire Golder Associates for $1.14bn.

WSP Global, a management and consultancy services provider, agreed to acquire Golder Associates, a consulting, design, and construction services provider, for $1.14bn. “Together we will create the leading Global Environmental Consulting Firm with approximately 14k of our 54k professionals dedicated to accelerating the world’s green transition. The combination ideally positions WSP to capitalize on the rapidly growing ESG trends driving demand for environmental services and sustainable infrastructure development.
