CAC Asset Management, a real estate investment management platform, agreed to acquire Sangam IT Tower, a Seoul-based building, from Mplus, a real estate firm based in South Korea, for $66m. Sangam IT Tower is an office building located in Digital Media City in Sangam-dong, Seoul with a total floor area of ​​46k m2 with 5 basement levels and 12 above ground.
