Private equity firms Parcom and KeBeK agreed to acquire Yource Group, a provider of customer relations outsourcing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Yource has a strong management team with a clear vision and focus on the further development of people and technology. Yource has grown tremendously over the years and Parcom wants to help realize its further ambitions.
