Infrastructure Capital to acquire a 49% stake in Kinetic from OPTrust.

Synopsis

Infrastructure Capital, an infrastructure investment management firm, agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Kinetic, a public transport company, from OPTrust, a global investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. Kinetic's portfolio started with airport shuttle service SkyBus (which operates in Melbourne, Geelong, the Gold Coast, Auckland and Hobart), before adding three commuter bus route brands in Queensland (Surfside Buslines, Sunbus and Love's), school and charter brand Telford's in NSW and GoBus in New Zealand.
