Intera Partners-backed Sitowise to acquire TFIP.

Intera Partners-backed Sitowise, a Nordic provider on construction services, agreed to acquire TFIP, a Swedish technical installation consultant within infrastructure, community building and industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our industry is experiencing a major digital revolution.
