Ermewa to acquire the maintenance and wheelsets activities of Villmann Gruppe.

Ermewa, a European market leader for industrial railcars and tank containers leasing, agreed to acquire the maintenance and wheelsets activities of Villmann Gruppe, a rail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will strengthen Ermewa's territorial network at European level, with a presence on three strategic locations in Germany, allowing it to operate in the continuity of the Villmann Gruppe throughout Germany.
