Modern Times Group completed the acquisition of Hutch Games for $275m.

Modern Times Group, an investment holding company, completed the acquisition of Hutch Games, a developer and publisher of free-to-play mobile games, for $275m. Hutch could also be provided with $100m earn-out payments. “Hutch is a fantastic company led by a very experienced and talented leadership team. We are pleased to now formally and fully welcome them to our group, and specifically to our recently formed new GamingCo.
