Equistone-backed Amadys, a supplier of components for utility networks, completed the acquisition of Infraconcepts, a system supplier of passive fibre optic connectivity. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Infraconcepts fits with the international growth ambition of the Amadys group and will strengthen its position in the Netherlands.
