INEOS, a manufacturer of petrochemicals, speciality chemicals and oil products, completed the acquisition of Smart France, an automotive company, from Daimler-backed Mercedes-Benz. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition marks our biggest milestone yet in the development of the Grenadier.
