Mail.ru, a Russian internet company, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Uchi Group, an online platform for self-education, for $50m. “We are actively developing the education ecosystem of Mail.ru and expanding the range of services for people, from pre-schoolers to teens and adults, to study and improve their skills.
