Private investor group completed the acquisition of SilverSky from BAE Systems.

Private investor group led by Richard Dobrow and Cary Conrad completed the acquisition of SilverSky, the cybersecurity unit of BAE Systems, a British multinational defence, security, and aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to assist our customers with their cybersecurity and compliance needs. Many of our original customers are still with the Company and we are thrilled to be in a position to re-engage with them and assist them in driving their businesses forward," Richard Dobrow and Cary Conrad.
