Private investor group led by Richard Dobrow and Cary Conrad completed the acquisition of SilverSky, the cybersecurity unit of BAE Systems, a British multinational defence, security, and aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to assist our customers with their cybersecurity and compliance needs.
