Private equity firms Capital Export and IRDI SORIDEC Gestion completed the acquisition of Cabi-Caillol, an industrial machinery manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The ambition of Capital Export, associated with the new manager-buyer Alain Mathé, is to accelerate the development of the company in France and internationally. "Cabi-Caillol is an emblematic nugget of the wealth of our regions, with strong growth potential, in France and internationally. In respect of the DNA and values ​​of society, our project is to move from a tool of artisanal production to an industrial tool, while expanding our offer, especially with connected silos and cabins, thanks to AI. We wish also to implement a targeted and relevant acquisition strategy in France and forge international partnerships, especially in cross-border countries," Alain Mathé, Cabi-Caillol CEO.
