Cinven-backed Bioclinica, a clinical imaging services provider, completed the merger with ERT, a clinical data solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction combines Bioclinica's expertise in imaging, eClinical software and drug safety solutions with ERT's expertise in eCOA, cardiac safety, respiratory and wearables.
