Eurazeo PME-backed UTAC CERAM completed the acquisition of Millbrook from Spectris for £133m.

Eurazeo PME-backed UTAC CERAM, a global leader providing homologation and testing services for vehicles and equipment, completed the acquisition of Millbrook, a provider of automotive electric driveline development, from Spectris, a supplier of precision instrumentation and controls, for £133m ($181m).
