Heras to acquire SER Hegn.

Heras Group, a security & safety firm, agreed to acquire SER Hegn, a perimeter protection specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very impressed by the people of SER Hegn, its sales, installation and service organization in Denmark, which has shown its strength over several years.
