Antarctica Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the agriculture analytics business and satellite constellation project of UrtheCast, an earth observation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We carefully evaluated participating in this dynamic industry sector and are very excited to build this new platform.
