Montagu-backed Wireless Logic completed the acquisition of Arkessa from ECI.

Montagu Private Equity-backed Wireless Logic, a provider of communication software solutions, completed the acquisition of Arkessa, a provider of IoT connectivity solutions, from ECI,a private equity group.
