Latour Capital completed the $242m acquisition of Santiane from BlackFin Capital Partners.

Latour Capital, an investment company, completed the $242m acquisition of Santiane, an insurance broker in France, from BlackFin Capital Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm. “We are delighted to begin this new expansion phase with Latour Capital, which we selected in our search for a solid, trustworthy and entrepreneurial investor.
