Broadreach Capital and Cedar Capital to acquire Sundance Mountain Resort from Robert Redford.

Private equity firms Broadreach Capital Partners and Cedar Capital Partners, agreed to acquire Sundance Mountain Resort, an all-season resort, from Robert Redford.
