Germani completed the acquisition of Vecchi Zironi.

Germani, a waste haulage services provider, completed the acquisition of Vecchi Zironi, a transporter of food, chemicals and specials wastes. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction, completed by way of the acquisition of a majority shareholding by Germani in V&Z, will allow V&Z to realise an important development plan based on environmental sustainability which has been fully shared with Germani. The Vecchi and Zironi families will continue as minority shareholders.
