A1 Telekom Austria completed the acquisition of the voice business of Alcatel-Lucent from NTT.

A1 Telekom Austria, a provider of telecommunication services, completed its acquisition of the voice business of Alcatel-Lucent, a telecommunications equipment company, from NTT, a technology service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed A1 and NTT will also continue to work closely together in the future. The main focus of NTT is now increasingly on technology solutions such as Intelligent Workplace and Intelligent Infrastructure and Security Services.
