Proximus, a telecommunication company, agreed to acquire Mobile Vikings, a mobile network company, from DPG Media, an international media group, for €130m. Completion of the deal is subject to the approval of the Belgian Competition Authority. However, Proximus expects to close the transaction in 2021.
