Charger Investment Partners completed the investment in Advanced Composite Products and Technology.

Charger Investment Partners, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Advanced Composite Products and Technology, a manufacturer of highly engineered composite structures for defense, space, aviation, automotive, marine, industrial machinery and subsea telecom applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an important new chapter in ACPT's growth story.
