Cathcart Rail completed the acquisition of Appalachian Railcar Services from GenNx360 Capital Partners.

Cathcart Rail, a privately-owned freight rail platform, completed the acquisition of Appalachian Railcar Services, a rail services organization, from GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a significant milestone in the company’s history.
