OneFootball to acquire Dugout.

Synopsis

OneFootbal, a Berlin based football media company, agreed to acquire Dugout, a digital media company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our ambition has been to become the ultimate destination for everything football, both on and off the pitch, and our acquisition of Dugout reflects this,” Lucas von Cranach, OneFootball CEO and Founder.
