The Jordan Company and Cobepa completed the acquisition of Heartland Home Services from North Branch Capital.

The Jordan Company, a middle-market private equity firm, and Cobepa, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Heartland Home Services, a provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and indoor air quality services, from North Branch Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm.
