The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of Spectrio from Bertram Capital.

The Jordan Company, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Spectrio, a provider of marketing content management solutions, from Bertram Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment represented a true collaboration between the Spectrio executive team and Bertram. Jared Ruger, Alex Goldscher and Sean Houseworth led the transaction and worked with Spectrio to meaningfully expand the size of the business, develop a more comprehensive and compelling set of subscription services and accelerate the Company's organic growth rate.
