The Jordan Company, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Spectrio, a provider of marketing content management solutions, from Bertram Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment represented a true collaboration between the Spectrio executive team and Bertram.
